The Karachi Kings, who will be the winners on November 17, 2020, will have to take to the field three months and three days later to defend their title.
This is not the record of any team but the record of being the shortest time champion in any league in the world. During these three months and three days, the champion of the event has not changed, but much has changed for the sixth edition of the league.
In PSL 6, a player's team changed, someone was made a part of the event for the first time and someone was so lucky that a new responsibility was assigned.

Former Peshawar Zalmi captain Darren Sammy will not be with the team this year as a player but will lead the team as head coach.

Many famous international players have also had to change teams in PSL 2021.
The Karachi Kings suffered a loss before the start of the event when they traded English batsman Alex Hales to Islamabad United. Hales' replacement, South African Colin Ingram, is not new to the Karachi Kings. He has been a part of Team Karachi before.
Islamabad United have not only changed the bowling consultant but are also ready to replace former captain and head coach Misbah-ul-Haq with former South African Johan Botha as the head coach.

Former captain Moin Khan's son Azam Khan is also ready to defeat his opponents. He is a bit overweight but like Inzamam-ul-Haq, he has got into the habit of hitting fours and sixes so much that he does not run and try to score runs.
PSL substitutes
The schedule and movement of cricket teams around the world has been severely affected by the Corona, with players from a few teams apologizing for participating in the event at the last minute
Such players have been replaced by some substitutes who are in no way inferior to others.
The Islamabad team suffered the most because three of their players will not be participating in the event.
Colin Monroe has been replaced by his compatriot Australian player Fawad Ahmed, he will not be part of the PSL due to the busy schedule of the Australian team.
