WhatsApp's:New Delhi: Social networking application WhatsApp has approached the New Delhi High Court against the Modi government over a new internet policy.

WhatsApp management took the position that the new rules are against the privacy of WhatsApp, this decision of the government will end the privacy of the people.

Claiming freedom of expression, the Modi government today enacted strict new rules on social media to criticize and take action against opponents. In this regard, the Indian police also raided the Twitter office yesterday.

The Modi government wants to shut down opponents' accounts on Twitter, but the Twitter administration is resisting. India is now trying to ban WhatsApp as well. The Modi government has introduced new digital rules under which WhatsApp will have to tell the government from which mobile the first message was sent.

WhatsApp has taken a stand in a case filed against the Modi government in the Delhi High Court, alleging that the new rules violate the protection of users' private conversations and are unconstitutional.

WhatsApp said that this chat tracking law is tantamount to marking every WhatsApp message, which will result in N2 and encryption becoming useless and violating the right to privacy.
